Rules and Regulations
- The tournament will be played in from 7 to 9 rounds depend on the number of participants , Swiss System, in accordance with FIDE regulations.
- Each player will have 15 minutes to finish their match .
- If players touch the a piece, they must move that piece.
- The King captured was considered as an error and if a player gets 3 errors, he/she will lose immediately.
- If "flag drop" (time of a player is zero), a player will lose.
- In some cases (for example: ending game with 1 rook for each side), referee has a right to decide draw. In case that time of both of players is zero, the decision is draw regardless of whoever recognized first.
- Decision of referee, Mr. Tran Hong Hai, is the final decision.
